30-day returns
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund of the item price. To be eligible:
- the item must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged and with all original packaging;
- you must include your order number (receipt number) with your request.
To start a return, email us at info@canadamapleworks.com with your order number. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
Return shipping
The customer pays the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend a tracked service, since we can’t refund an item that doesn’t reach us. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Items damaged in shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@canadamapleworks.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number,
- clear photos of the item and the packaging,
- a short video showing the damage.
Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost to you. We only accept original, unedited photos and videos. Images or videos that have been altered or generated with AI will not be accepted.
